| An additional $500.00 is required as a deposit for unanticipated expenses. That portion of the deposit not used by the student will be refunded at the time of departure. |

Payment Schedules:
All tuition and fees are due and payable on July 1st. Arrangements can be made to defer
payments of tuition, bus fees, and lunch or dorm fees as follows:
1. By Semester. Payments are due on July 1st and December 1st.
2. By Quarter. Payments are due on July 1st, September 15th,
December 1st, February 15th.
3. Monthly. A 10% payment is due on July 1st and the balance is due in nine equal
payments on the 5th or the 20th of each month. Payments will be by automatic
withdrawal administered for the school by FACTS Tuition Management. A service
fee of $38 is charged by FACTS to cover the cost of setting up the automatic withdrawals.
International student accounts must be paid in full by July 1 or by Semester due July 1 and December 1.
Written requests for other payment schedules may be considered on a case by case basis. [top]

Late Payments:
A $25 late payment fee will be assessed on semester and quarterly payments that are more than 10 days
late with additional $25 late payment fees being assessed every two weeks thereafter until the account is
current. Parents choosing the monthly payment plan should be aware that FACTS Tuition Management has their
own late payment policies. Failure to make payments on time can result in a student being requested to withdraw
from school or from the activity for which the payment has not been received. Semester and final exams will not be given to students whose accounts are in arrears.

Refund Schedules:
Since all acounts with the school are due and payable on July 1st, the following refunds will be made to
students who withdraw.
Tuition, bus fees, and lunch or dorm fees - 50% for an academic quarter in which classes have met for 10
days or less. NONE for quarters in which classes have met for more than ten days.
Registration, activity fees and book and supply fees - none
Graduation and elementary yearbook fees - full refund until February 15
Extra-curricular activity fees - 100% before the first day of practice, 90% after the first day of practice.
After the competitive season starts, none.
